Using this site

The content of this site is general information about the Business Builder Map service. The Demo Zone (/demo) shows a sample region. Its plots and figures are made up and must not be used for any investment decision.

The text, design, logo and illustrations on this site belong to the operator unless stated otherwise.

Privacy

No cookies, no tracking. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The landing page loads nothing from third parties. The landing page and the Demo Zone load nothing from third parties. The Demo Zone stores your shortlist and a 'welcome seen' flag in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device. Private demos shared with invited clients may load map tiles and photos from external providers, which then receive your IP address.

When you email us. If you write to hello@businessbuildermap.com, the operator named above is the data controller for your message. We use your name, email address and whatever you include in the message only to reply and to discuss the service with you. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 2 years after, unless a contract requires longer.

Email to this address is forwarded through Cloudflare's email routing service to a mailbox hosted by Google. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare. Both providers handle this data on our behalf and may process it outside the EU under their own data protection terms.

Your rights. You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to or restrict its use, by writing to hello@businessbuildermap.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Contenido. La Demo Zone (/demo) muestra una región de ejemplo. Sus parcelas y cifras son inventadas y no deben usarse para tomar decisiones de inversión. Los textos, el diseño, el logotipo y las ilustraciones pertenecen al titular salvo indicación contraria.

Privacidad. Este sitio no instala cookies ni usa herramientas de analítica o publicidad. La página principal y la Demo Zone no cargan nada de terceros. Las demos privadas compartidas con clientes invitados pueden cargar mapas e imágenes de proveedores externos, que reciben su dirección IP. Si nos escribe a hello@businessbuildermap.com, el titular indicado es el responsable del tratamiento. Usamos sus datos solo para responderle y hablar del servicio, con base en su solicitud y nuestro interés legítimo (art. 6.1.b y 6.1.f RGPD), y los conservamos mientras dure la conversación y hasta 2 años después. El correo se reenvía mediante Cloudflare a un buzón alojado por Google, proveedores que pueden tratar los datos fuera de la UE conforme a sus propias condiciones de protección de datos. Puede ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición y limitación escribiendo a la misma dirección, y reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
